3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) Repeat Emergency device (telephone) not available to patrons. Ensure that an emergency device is provided, functioning properly, and rings to the emergency response authorities.

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Free chlorine observed at 0.6 ppm. Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Upon inspection, no improvements to the large pool have been made. Make the necessary corrections and do not operate your pool until chlorine has reached 1ppm or above. Re-inspection to occur on or after 5/27/2022. Re-inspection conducted with Shane Snapp.
