Repeat The ladders and rails were observed without escutcheon plates. During the inspection, the PIC stated the plates had been ordered and once received will be installed. .
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)/All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
Observed broken decorative tile under the stair area deck ledge. The facilities were not maintained in a safe, clean & sanitary, and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)/Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
One main drain cover was not secured.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b)/"Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" signs posted. Note: Management is asking for clafication from Ohio Department of Health on the word "Childern", due to the fact fair house does not allow that word to be used.
Post the "Children must be supervised" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
Comments
Specific corrections for this follow-up inspection were made properly, and no critical hazards observed at time of inspection. Management reopened the pool at the end of the inspection.
