3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)/Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance At the time of inspection, the main drain cover was observed not secured. To prevent suction and entrapment hazards, the main drain cover shall be installed properly and secured. Upon making the PIC aware of this, the operator voluntarily ceased operation of the pool.

- Reinspection was conducted to check the status of the main drain cover. At the time of inspection, the main drain cover was secured and because of this, the violation was corrected and is satisfactory.
