3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) Total alkalinity was not tested/recorded weekly. Test and record total alkalinity at least once/week.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Repeat Flow meter was not functioning on the pipe leading to the wading pool, so a flow reading could not be taken. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Flow meter on wading pool piping not functioning. Replace flow meter so a proper flow reading can be taken. Inspector noted pool liner on left side of wading pool on 1 ft. side pulling away from pool wall and floor and wrinkling. Consider addressing this prior to further deterioration.
