| 3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) Critical The free chlorine was observed at 0.4 ppm. For chlorine to properly disinfect the pool, the free chlorine shall be at or above 1.0 ppm. At the time of inspection, the pool was hyperchlorinated, the ORP increased and closed. Once the free chlorine returns to normal (at or above 1.0 ppm), the pool is satisfactory to reopen.  |
