Repeat According to the records, the chlorine was observed not being tested prior to opening. To ensure proper chlorine level, test the water prior to opening and every 12 hours.

Repeat According to the records, the combined chlorine was observed not being tested prior to opening. Ensure the combined chlorine is tested prior to opening and every 12 hours.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii)
Repeat According to the records, the pH was not being tested prior to opening. To ensure the pH is within normal range, test the water prior to opening and every 12 hours.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii)
Repeat At the time of inspection, the backwash lines was observed without an air gap. Place an air gap between the backwash lines and drain.

Repeat At the time of inspection, a sign indicating the location of the emergency telephone was not present. If the emergency telephone is not visible in the pool area, place a sign indicating where the emergency telephone is located.

Comments
- Reinspection was conducted to check the testing of the safety vacuum release system and the automatic chemical controller. At the time of inspection, the operator was able to test both units and they were observed functioning properly. Those two violations were corrected and are satisfactory. The other violations will be checked during the next standard inspection.
