To ensure the pool is properly maintained, an authorized individual shall be within 30 minutes of the pool location. Ensure an individual is within 30 minutes of the pool location at all times. |
| 3701-31-04 (B)(4) Repeat At the time of inspection, the documentation observed indicated the chemicals, clarity, and temperature have not been tested since 07/31/2017. To ensure the pool is functioning properly, the chemicals, clarity and temperature shall be tested and documented as follows: 1. Free Chlorine - daily prior to opening 2. pH - daily prior to opening 3. Alkalinity - weekly 4. Combined Chlorine - daily prior to opening 5. Temperature - once a day 6. Clarity - once a day (continuously) Ensure all the above items are checked and documented when required. |
