3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) Critical At the time of inspection, the automatic chemical controller (ACC) was observed reading 760 while the free chlorine was observed exceeding 50 ppm. Upon making the operator aware of this, the pool was voluntarily closed and "Danger Pool Closed" sign posted. The operator stated the system will be shut down and flushed, the water will be partially drained, and ACC will be calibrated.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required. At the time of inspection, the pool was observed with a chlorine residual reading of 0.0 ppm. To disinfect the pool water, the free chlorine shall be at or above 1.0 ppm. Upon making the operator aware of this, the pool was voluntarily closed. "Danger Pool Closed" sign was posted.
