Critical Repeat The free chlorine was observed at 0.8 ppm.
To disinfect the pool, the chlorine residual shall be at or above 1.0 ppm. At the time of inspection, the pool was closed and chlorine was added to the pool and the automatic chemical controller increased.

Critical At the time of inspection, the automatic chemical controller HRR was observed reading 866 while the free chlorine was observed at 0.6.
To allow for the pool to have the proper amount of chlorine, the ACC shall be functioning properly. At the time of inspection, the ACC was bypassed.

Repeat The gutters surrounding the pool were observed in disrepair - fiberglass coming off surfaces of gutters.
To prevent hazards by eliminating sharp surfaces, repair or replace the gutters.

Repeat At the time of inspection, observed both gates of the main pool not self-closing or self-latching.
To prevent unauthorized entry of the pool, the gates shall be self-closing and self-latching. The PIC stated both gates are scheduled to be repaired.

Comments
At the time of inspection, the pool was closed due to the low chlorine residual and the improper functioning ACC. The pool was hyperchlorinated and the chlorine feeder was increased. The ACC was bypassed. Once the free chlorine is at or above 1.0 ppm, the pool is approved to reopen.
