3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)/Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
At the time of inspection, the equalizer line cover closest to the steps was observed not secured.
To prevent entrapment hazards, all covers shall be secure and in compliance. Cease operation of the pool and secure the equalizer line cover.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
The free chlorine or chlorine residual was observed at 0.2 ppm.
To disinfect the pool, the chlorine residual shall be at or above 1.0 ppm. At the time of inspection, the pool was voluntarily closed. Ensure the free chlorine is at or above 1.0 ppm.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)/Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
The automatic chemical controller was observed reading an ORP of 740 while the free chlorine was observed at 0.2 ppm.
To ensure the chlorine maintains a proper reading, the automatic chemical controller shall be maintained in good repair. Cease operation of the pool until the ACC is repaired or replaced.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)/pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
At the time of inspection, the pH was observed at 8.0.
For the chlorine to properly disinfect the pool, the pH shall be between 7.2 and 7.8. Decrease the pH of the pool to within normal limits.

- At the time of inspection, all the violations were corrected and are satisfactory. Ensure the free chlorine remains at or above 1.0 ppm and the pH is within 7.2 and 7.8.
