Repeat Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area. Observed no sign indicating location of emergency phone
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.
The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d)/Circulation/Disinfection system shall operate properly.
Observed main drains were not functioning properly. Two main drains exist in pool, PIC stated that they do not actually function and all of there circulation is achieved through the skimmers. Within two weeks, have a specialist evaluate the system and determine why the main drains are not functioning and what must be repaired to ensure the circulation system is functioning per approved design and up to manufacturer's specifications
Comments
Spoke with Nick Smith, Property Manager, who stated that the main drains actually do work, he was mistaken. The proper function of the main drains will be confirmed during the next standard pool inspection
