The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(l)/Electrical hazards shall not exist.
At the time of inspection, the operator was unable to indicate the underwater light was connected to a ground fault circuit interceptor.
Upon making the operator aware of this, the light was disconnected from a power source and the underwater light was scheduled to be replaced. Operator also stated, if needed, hours would be adjusted to ensure bottom of pool is visible.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e)/Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
At the time of inspection, the emergency telephone was observed in disrepair.
To ensure authorities are able to be connected during an emergency, a functional emergency telephone shall be provided. Upon making the operator aware of this, an emergency telephone was ordered.
Comments
- Inspection was conducted to check the status of the installation of the new underwater light. At the time of inspection, new underwater light was installed and connected to ground fault circuit interceptor. Operator was able to test the GFCI. Also, observed new emergency telephone. New emergency telephone had dial tone at the time of inspection. Those two violations were corrected and are satisfactory. All other violations will be checked during the next standard inspection.
