According to the records provided, the combined chlorine was observed not being tested prior to opening and every 12 hours.
To ensure combined chlorine is at or below 1.0 ppm, the combined chlorine shall be tested prior to opening and every 12 hours. Ensure the combined chlorine is tested according to requirements.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv)
According to the records provided, the water temperature was not observed being tested.
To ensure the water is below the required maximum temperature of 90 F, the water temperature shall be tested daily. Ensure the water is tested and documented daily.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi)
According to the records provided, total alkalinity was observed not being tested weekly.
To ensure the alkalinity is at or above 60 ppm, total alkalinity shall be tested weekly. Ensure alkalinity is tested and documented weekly.
