3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c)/SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained At the time of inspection, according to the records provided, the safety vacuum release system and automatic chemical controller were observed not being tested/documented as required. To ensure proper function, the SVRS and ACC shall be tested and documented monthly. During the inspection, the owner properly tested both the SVRS and ACC.

Orp observed in range at time of inspection (715). Free chlorine observed in excess of 10 ppm at time of inspection. At time of inspection, observed records not recorded by late afternoon / evening shift lead. Ensure readings are taken and recorded every 4 hours if ORP levels drop below 650.
