3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)
Critical The wall drainage outlet covers were observed installed improperly. Reinstall the drainage covers or seal with marine putty.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(k)
Critical At the time of inspection, adjacent to the acid and chlorine bins, bottles of pH down and liquid shock were observed being stored adjacent to each other. Separate the bottles of pH down and liquid shock.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a)
The pool's interior structure was observed with chipping paint. To prevent hazards, ensure the surfaces of the pool are smooth.

The deck surfaces around the pool was observed with cracks and projections.
To ensure there are no hazards, ensure the deck is in good repair and cracks and projections are eliminated.

Repeat The back perimeter gate was observed in disrepair resulting in possible unauthorized entry. Have the gate repaired or replaced. Also, ensure the bottom of the perimeter fencing is in good repair.

- Between two of the water slide sections, water was observed leaking. Repair or replace to ensure the slide is in good repair.

Comments
- During the inspection, the PIC stated waste water is discharged to pit. Inside the pit, observed what appears to be a sump that discharges the water through PVC onto the ground, which leads to a creek. All waste water (pool drainage) shall discharge in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Ohio EPA. A more thorough inspection of the drainage or discharge system shall be conducted during a future inspection.

- At the time of inspection, the pool had been closed due to the being the off-season. A reinspection will be conducted on 5/28/21 to check those critical items.
