3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)
Critical At the time of inspection, the equalizer line beneath the skimmer on the southwest side of the pool was observed not secured.
To prevent any hazards, any drain or equalizer line covers shall be properly installed and secured. Secure the equalizer line cover.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(l)
Critical At the time of inspection, did not observe the underwater lights on a GFCI breaker or outlet.
To prevent any electrical hazards, all underwater lights and outlets within the pool area shall be on GFCI. Place the underwater lights on a GFCI breaker or outlet and ensure they are able to be tested.
Comments
- At the time of inspection, all safety equipment was present and in good repair. Also, the water quality readings were within normal limits. Contact the health department when the above violations have been corrected.
