Comments

- At the time of inspection, all safety equipment was present and in good repair. Also, all the water quality readings were observed within normal limits. The pool is satisfactory to operate. - During the inspection, a new automatic chemical controller and chemical feeders were observed. The PIC stated an equipment replacement form was sent in to the Ohio Department of Health at the beginning of May.
