3701-31-04 (B)(3) According to the records provided, on multiple days the chlorine residual was observed below the required 1.0 ppm and corrective actions were not observed. To ensure proper procedures are being completed, the staff shall be trained/knowledgeable in what to do if the free chlorine is below 1.0 ppm. Ensure staff is aware and documents corrective actions if the chlorine drops below 1.0 ppm (closes, increase chlorine, etc.)

Comments

- At the time of inspection, the automatic chemical controller was present, however, being by-passed. The chemical feeders were feeding the chlorine and acid into the pool. According to the records provided, testing of the water quality was being performed every 2 hours. - At the time of inspection, all the safety equipment was present and in good repair. Also, the water quality readings were observed within normal limits. - Inspection was conducted with Brittney Holbrook and Taylor Munn.
