3701-31-04 (B)(6)
Repeat At the time of the inspection, two of the skimmers were observed without weirs (flaps). To allow for proper surface filtering, install weirs.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(ii)
Repeat In the pump room, the backwash line was observed without an air gap. Place a two to four inch air gap between the backwash line and drain.
Open the lines that discharge into the backwash or drainage sumps so that there is an air gap and the lines can drain freely.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h)
At time of inspection, observed pressure gauge on top of filter deteriorated and not functional. Replace gauge so it functions properly and the pressure can be read and recorded.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
Comments
Pool pH observed <7.0 at time of inspection. Ensure pH is maintained between 7.2 and 7.8 while pool is open to the public.

Note: Underwater lights are not used due to them not functioning and needing to be replaced. Lights are on a GFCI breaker, and that breaker is turned off. Breakers not properly labeled to be able to discern which breaker is for underwater lights. Label proper breaker with "underwater lights".
