3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d)
Critical - At the time of inspection, the circulation system was not working properly resulting in improper draining of water. Ensure the circulation system is properly working.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(i)
The circulation pump was observed with an inadequate flow meter (0 - 110) resulting in the inability to read the proper flow rate (127 GPM). Install a flow meter that has the ability to read the minimum flow rate.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p)
While the sprayground was functional, observed drains backing up leading to standing water on the deck. Ensure the drains are clean and functional.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(x)
At the time of inspection, there was large amounts of debris on the spraygrounds. Ensure the sprayground is free of any trash and organic material.

3701-31-04 (C)(2)
At the time of inspection, the pH was observed above 8.0. Ensure the pH is between 7.2 and 7.8. During this inspection, the free chlorine was observed around 50 ppm. Prior to lowering the pH, ensure the free chlorine is reduced.

Comments
- At the time of inspection, the free chlorine was observed around 50 ppm. It is recommended the free chlorine be below 10 ppm.
