3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)/Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance At the time of inspection, an orange cone was observed covering a drain in front of the activity pool steps. All outlet covers shall be installed and secured. Upon making the operator aware, the operator decided to place a lifeguard adjacent to the orange cone/drain. Keep lifeguard and cone in position during operational hours until cover is installed. If unable to keep lifeguard or cone in position, cease operation of the activity pool.

- Inspection was conducted to check the status of the installation of a new filter cover. At the time of inspection, a filter cover was observed installed. According to the operator, the new cover was installed on 7/15/23. To ensure the cover is Virginia Graeme Baker compliant, please provide the certificate along with date of installation and life span of cover.
