3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c)
SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records were not maintained. Observed SVRS system not tested monthly
The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h)
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed flow meter was not functioning properly
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(r)
Safety line(s) were not maintained in place. Observed no safety line indicating change in depth of the pool
Safety lines must be in place when required to alert the bathers of the change in depth of the pool.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed pH of 7.0
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d)
Critical Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly. Observed ACC not tested monthly
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a)
The unguarded pool was in use without the "WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD" sign posted. Sign states NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY but is missing WARNING.
Post the WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD sign in a conspicuous location at all times the pool is available for use.
Comments
A meeting must be scheduled soon to address the following concerns:
-The ACC must be tested in the presence of MCPH
-The SVRS system must be tested in the presence of MCPH
-The main drain must be verified to be secure and without gaps around perimeter. From the pool deck, it appears that there may be gaps around the edge of the drain cover. Facility must provide proof that drain cover completely covers drain in pool bottom
