| 3701-31-04 (B)(6) Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed Calcium Hypochlorite erosion feeder/holding tank leading at junction between top and bottom portion. Repair or replace Calcium Hypochlorite erosion feeder as necessary to ensure chemicals do not leak out of the feeder/holding tank. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.  |
