3701-31-04 (B)(1)(b)/SVRS device(s) shall be functional. At the time of the inspection, the safety vacuum release system was not functioning. Upon the operator discovering this, the pool was voluntarily closed. Continue to cease operation of the pool until the SVRS is functioning properly and a reinspection is conducted.

- Reinspection was conducted to check the status of the safety vacuum release system (SVRS). At the time of inspection, the operator stated and it was observed, a new pump/SVRS were installed. Upon testing the SVRS, the pump shut off resulting in a correction in the violation. Since a new pump/SVRS were installed, provide the Ohio Department of Health with am Equipment Replacement Notification form.
