Was reading random pH numbers. Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.  |
| 3701-31-04 (B)(6) Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed several sprung leak on jet pipe attached to piping for the main pool. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. |
| 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter for piping leading to main pool was not working properly. Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. |
| 3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) Emergency device (telephone) was not working. Observed disabled emergency phone on wall near pool. Place sign on phone stating that equipment is not working and make sure it is repaired. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities. |
