| 3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) Critical The free chlorine was observed at 0.8 ppm. To disinfect the pool, the free chlorine shall be at or above 1.0 ppm. At the time of inspection, the pool was closed and chlorine added to the pool. ENSURE THE CHEMICAL CONTROLLER IS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. HAND FEEDING CHLORINE TO THE POOL IS NOT ALLOWED.  |

| - At the time of inspection, the gutters were still observed in disrepair resulting in a slipping and falling hazards. Due to the fact that the pool will be closed shortly, the gutters can wait to be repaired or replaced in the off-season. ENSURE THE GUTTERS ARE REPAIRED OR REPLACED IN THE OFF=SEASON. - Reinspection will be conducted on or after 08/07/2017. |
