3701-31-04 (B)(1)
Critical At time of inspection, observed insufficient protection from entrapment in the netting area of the activity structure. To correct this issue, operator stated that three vertical cargo nets are to be placed to prevent access and entrapment. Operator stated that a lifeguard will be placed in netting area to ensure patron safety.
Do not operate the pool when an imminent health hazard is present. Fix the imminent health hazard before the pool is put back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed play structure missing a bolt causing the structure to be overly flexible. (On the side nearest the tanning chairs). Repair.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
Comments
At time of inspection, netting around play structure posed an entrapment hazard. Do not operate the pool until this entrapment hazard has been resolved. Re-inspection to occur on or after 5/27/2022.

Ensure that all main drains are secure, up to date on certification, and not expired. Provide proof that these requirements have been met. If expired, the drain covers must be replaced immediately.

Additionally, ensure all lifeguard certifications are up to date before opening.
