3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a) Critical The main drain cover on the end farthest away from the gate was observed cracked. Replace the main drain cover. When replacing, ensure the proper documentation (including date of installation, life span, etc.) is provided.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) Repeat The circulation pump flow meter was observed nonfunctional. To ensure proper flow, repair or replace the flow meter.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) Repeat The deck surrounding the pool was observed with cracks and projections along with bolts for overhang causing hazards. Reduce the size of the bolts or cover and repair the deck.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) The signs "Children must be supervised" and "Swimming alone is not recommended" were not observed. Ensure the aforementioned signs are posted prior to opening.

Comments

- At the time of inspection, the restrooms were observed nonfunctional. The PIC stated the restooms were in the process of being repaired and repairs will be completed prior to opening. Also, when the PIC was asked about waste water discharge, he stated the discharge went to a pit, however, was unsure if the pit emptied into the creek. Because of this, a determination will need to made on where the pit empties. This will be conducted during a later inspection. - At the time of inspection, the safety equipment was present and in good repair. Also, the water quality readings were within normal limits. - A reinspection will be conducted on 5/28/21 to check the main drain cover. All other violations will be checked during another inspection.
