3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a)
At the time of inspection, the ORP was observed at 159.
To ensure the pool has an adequate chlorine concentration, the ORP shall be at or above 650. Have the automatic chemical controller repaired or replaced.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)
Critical The chlorine residual was observed at 0.0 ppm.
In order to disinfect the pool, the chlorine residual shall be at or above 1.0. Cease operation of the pool until the free chlorine is at or above 1.0 ppm.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)
Critical At the time of inspection, the automatic chemical controller was observed with an ORP reading of 159 and a pH reading of 8.4 (pH reading of 7.0 poolside).
To ensure the pool is properly maintained (chemically), the automatic chemical controller shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace the ACC.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(g)
Critical At the time of inspection, the water in the pool was observed a green color resulting in the inability to see the pool bottom.
Cease operation of the pool until the water is clear enough to see the pool bottom.
3701-31-04 (B)(2)
During and after the inspection, was unable to locate or contact an authorized individual.
To ensure the pool is properly maintained, an authorized individual shall be within 30 minutes of the pool location. Ensure an individual is within 30 minutes of the pool location at all times.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)
At the time of inspection, the documentation observed indicated the chemicals, clarity, and temperature have not been tested since 07/31/2017.
To ensure the pool is functioning properly, the chemicals, clarity and temperature shall be tested and documented as follows: 1. Free Chlorine - daily prior to opening 2. pH - daily prior to opening 3. Alkalinity - weekly 4. Combined Chlorine - daily prior to opening 5. Temperature - once a day 6. Clarity - once a day (continuously) Ensure all the above items are checked and documented when required.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)
The pH was observed at 7.0
For the chlorine to properly disinfect the pool, the pH shall be between 7.2 and 7.8. Increase the pH of the pool.
3701-31-04 (C)(3)
The alkalinity was observed at 30 ppm
In order for the pool to be properly balanced, the alkalinity shall be at or above 60 ppm. Increase the alkalinity of the pool.

CEASE OPERATION OF THE POOL UNTIL ALL VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED AND AN APPROVAL IS GIVEN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT (JASON DREIER : 937-573-3506). REINSPECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON OR AFTER 08/07/2017.
