Repeat According to the records provided, the disinfection residual was being tested twice a day. Due to the absence of an automatic chemical controller, the disinfection residual shall be tested prior to opening and every four hours.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iii)
Repeat According to the records provided, the pH was only being tested twice a day. Due to the absence of an automatic chemical controller, the pH shall be tested prior to opening and every four hours.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b)
At the time of inspection, the sign "swimming alone is not recommended" was not observed. Provide in a conspicuous area the sign, "swimming alone is not recommended."

3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(1)
At the time of inspection, the combined chlorine was observed at 1.4 ppm. To ensure proper disinfection, the combined chlorine shall be at or below 1.0 ppm. Hyperchlorinate the pool to at least ten times the combined chlorine to release the combined.
Treat the pool so that the combined chlorine is less than 1 ppm.

- At the time of inspection, all safety equipment was present and in good repair and chemical readings, except for combined chlorine, were observed within normal limits.
