Corrected During Inspection Critical In the pump room, the circulation pump and other pieces of equipment were observed not on GFCI breakers or plugs.
At the time of inspection, the PIC began the process of correcting the violation. After installing, ensure the GFCI is tested and works properly. Provide picture of installation.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)
Repeat Documentation provided indicated disinfection testing was only being performed two or three times per day.
Due to the pool being without an automatic chemical controller, the disinfection shall be tested prior to opening and then at 4 hour intervals. Ensure the chlorine is tested and documented every four hours.

Repeat the emergency telephone, which is located at the front desk, was not within 500 feet of the pool.
Install an emergency telephone within 500 feet of the pool and provide a sign indicating "Emergency Telephone" and "9-1-1."
Comments
- At the time of inspection, the water quality readings were within normal limits. Also, the safety equipment was present and in good repair.

- Ensure to provide pictures of installation of the GFCI breaker for the circulation pump and GFCI breaker or outlet for other pieces of equipment.
