| Pool operator called the Miami County Public Health Environmental Health Division on 10/28/2016 @ 9:52 AM to ask if it would be okay to open the pool and spa. Upon doing the inspection, the Auto Chemical Controller was functioning properly, as well as the feeder systems for both the pool and the spa. Both the pool and the spa were found to be low on chlorine during the time of inspection, but the level was increasing (Chlorine: Pool=0.8 and Spa=0.6). Operator was told that as soon as the chlorine levels in both the pool and spa reached 1.2 or greater, that both areas can open. There will be a follow-up standard inspection Monday, October 31st for both the spa and the pool to ensure that everything is working correctly and chemicals are at the correct levels. Also, emergency phone near pool needs to be operational to open both pool and spa. |
