Repair chipped concrete and cracked concrete on deck around activity pool. Ladder near blue water slide needs anchored due to it being easily pulled out from the ground. E-Stop button at top of waterslide front plate not anchored. Fix front plate of e-stop button at top of water slide. Facility missing shepherd's crook. Ensure facility obtains shepherd's crook prior to opening. NOTE: Facility uses stabilized chlorine during the pool season. Inspection conducted with Jason Dreier, Shane Snapp, and Courtney Long.
