3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) Repeat Observed ladders that were unsecure. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are secured and in good repair.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) Perimeter barrier gate must be self-closing. Repair the perimeter barrier gate so it is self closing or latching to prevent young childern from entering without adult.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)/Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly. Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Observed feeders were not operational during pH and ORP alarm. Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)/Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications. Oberserved water leak. Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Reapir water leak properly. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)/pH is within 7.2 to 7.8 pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.

*** Pool manager states that he believes the auto-controller is working correctly. Due to the history of the auto-controller having issues observed during previous inspections, this auto-controller must function correctly in future, or Public Health will order this pool operation to get a new auto-controller. This means if the pool management does not observe it functioning properly and can not fix the controller quick to maintain the pool chemistry properly and a repeat history occurs, the management must replace the controller to prevent health hazards.
