3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) - At the time of inspection, the perimeter fencing between the chain link fence and horizontal fencing on the football field side of the aquatic center was observed with a gap larger than 6 inches between the ground and fencing. Reduce the gap to less than 6 inches.

- Ensure documentation of the main drain covers is up-to-date and provided. Also, provide lifeguard certs of those who will be present throughout the season. - At the time of inspection, all safety equipment was present and in good repair. Also, all water quality readings were within normal limits.
