3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a) The pool structure was cracked, in disrepair and/or leaking water. Observed pool surface cracked/worn. Repair the pool structure to a water-tight system. If necessary, consult with the Ohio Department of Health regarding the repair.

Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) observed non-functional upon inspection. Operator stated that pool residuals are tested every hour while in operation. The ACC is scheduled for repair sometime in September. Main drain cover was secure, but screws loose. Please tighten the screws on the main drain cover. Inspection conducted with Brittney Holbrook.
