Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.

Total alkalinity was not tested and/or recorded weekly.
Test and record total alkalinity at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)
Corrected During Inspection Cross connection hazards were present. At time of inspection, observed the following: 1. Fill hose submerged in the main pool. After informing operator, the hose was placed on a chair to properly air gap the hose and remove cross connection hazards. 2. Fill hose submerged in the filter pit. After informing operator, the hose was placed above the floor rim to properly air gap the hose and remove cross connection hazards.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. pH observed at 8.0 at time of inspection.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (D)(02)/Public swimming pool is continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system
The pool was not being continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system. Chlorine observed at 0 ppm at time of inspection, and chlorine chemical feeding device was not feeding chlorine. Ensure hand feeding is not used at the primary form of adding disinfection.
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
At time of inspection, free chlorine residual observed at 0 ppm. Ensure free chlorine residual is maintained greater than 1 ppm at all times during facility operation.
Comments
Facility operator stated that on-site assistant manager did not follow the proper steps required, resulting in the lack of chlorine in the pool.
