A pre-administrative hearing was held at the Miami County Health Department in the Environmental Health Division on 12/5/2016 at 9:30 AM. Everyone at the hearing consisted of: Dennis Propes (Health Commissioner), Jane Tomcisin (EH Director), Shane Snapp (Program Supervisor), Jonathon Deeter (Sanitarian-In-Training) and Crystal Allison (General Manager for Comfort Inn and Suites in Troy). Hearing was based off of concern for the record keeping that was being done by the pool operator. Attached are documents that were giving to Crystal at the end of the hearing. A re-inspection will be set for later next week to ensure that equipment is functioning properly and that the records are being correctly taken.
