3701-31-04 (B)(6)
Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed missing escutcheon plates on the ladders throughout the pool. Install escutcheon plates as needed. Also observed missing weirs for the skimmers. Install as needed.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(a)
Observed the pool structure cracked and in disrepair.
Repair the pool structure to a water-tight system. If necessary, consult with the Ohio Department of Health regarding the repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p)
Repeat Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed deck with chipped concrete. Repair as needed.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
3701-31-04 (C)(2)
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed pH of 8.0
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
Comments
At the time of inspection, the chlorinator was in disrepair. Person-In-Charge (PIC) stated that a new chlorinator was going to be purchased the same day. Do not operate the pool until the new chlorinator has been installed and is functional. Attached will be the form to send to ODH regarding equipment replacement.
