3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a) Repeat At the time of inspection, a lifeguard was not observed on duty for the therapy pool and a "Warning, No Lifeguard" sign was not posted. When a lifeguard is not present at a pool not required to have lifeguards, a "Warning, No Lifeguard" sign shall be present.

- If a lifeguard is not present, then the following signs shall be posted (3701-31-04(E)(3)): 1. "Warning, No Lifeguard" prominently in the public swimming pool area 2. "Swimming Alone is not Recommended" 3. "Children must be Supervised" If a lifeguard is on duty and present during operational hours, the signs above are not necessary and the lifeguard would be required only to monitor this pool. - At the time of inspection, all safety equipment was present and in good repair. Also, all water quality readings were observed within normal limits.
