3701-31-04 (B)(6) Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed that the flow meter for the pool was not operational at time of inspection. Flow meter must be fixed or replaced in order to measure flow of water correctly. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

Comments
Chemicals were good. Emergency phone was not attached to wall next to pool area, but there is a phone less than 500 ft from the pool area in the office. Flow meter was not working correctly during inspection.
