3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d)
Critical Observed that the chemical feeding system for both the pool and the spa were not operational during the time of inspection.
Operator closed the spa and pool until equipment can be repaired. 3701-31-04 (D)(2) Continuous disinfection. Public swimming pools shall be continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected directly to the circulation system of the public swimming pool. The device shall impart an easily measured residual of chlorine and bromine. No license shall continuously disinfect a public swimming pool by means of hand dosing of disinfectant.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e)
Critical Repeat Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Was reading lower ORP numbers than what it should be. Was reading random pH numbers.
Operator closed pool. Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.

Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed several sprung leaks on jet pump attached to piping for the main pool.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h)
Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter for piping leading to main pool was not working properly.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (D)(02)
Critical The pool was not being continuously disinfected using a chemical feeding device connected to the circulation system
Repair or replace the disinfection system so that the pool is continuously being disinfected.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e)
Repeat Emergency device (telephone) was not working. Observed disabled emergency phone on wall near pool.
Place sign on phone stating that equipment is not working and make sure it is repaired. Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2)
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. Observed chlorine disinfectant to be at 0.4 ppm.
Operator closed down pool until Auto-Chemical Controllers and feeding systems are repaired and operational. Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.

Comments
Operator closed down pool until Auto-Chemical Controllers are repaired and operational. Sign needs to placed on door that the pool and spa are currently closed until equipment repairs are done, as well as on the Emergency Phone stating that it is not operational until phone repairs are done. No chlorine or disinfectant can be hand dumped into the pool. Operator will contact the Miami County Health Department as soon as repairs are made and before pool and spa are re-opened.
