3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) Repeat The deck was obseved with cracks and concrete in disrepair. To prevent hazards, the deck shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace the deck.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(k)/Chemical storage or use shall not result in imminent health hazard. In the chemical stoage room, boxes of acid were obseved being stored adjacent to boxes of chlorine. To prevent the mixing of chemicals, chemicals shall be separated. In the chemical storage room, separate the boxes of acid from the boxes of chlorine.

- Reinspection was conducted to check the status of the chemical storage. At the time of inspection, the boxes of acid were observed separated from the boxes of chlorine. The other violations will be checked and discussed with the PIC during the closing inspection. The pool is satisfactory to operate for the season.
