3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o)
Repeat The ladders and rails were observed without escutcheon plates. To prevent the pooling of water, install escutcheon plates to ladders and rails. During the inspection, the PIC stated the plates had been ordered and once received will be installed.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e)
Repeat At the time of inspection, the emergency telephone was nonfunctional. Repair or replace the emergency telephone. The PIC stated during the inspection, the emergency telephone is scheduled to be replaced on 6/4/21.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b)
Repeat At the time of inspection, "Swimming alone is not recommended" and "Children must be supervised" signs were not observed. Obtain signs with the aforementioned statements. The PIC stated signs with the above language will be typed up and posted until formal signage with the exact language is obtained.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(a)/Outlet covers shall be installed/secured/in compliance
At the time of inspection, the equalizer line covers were observed not properly secured to the adjacent wall. Secure the equalizer line to the adjacent wall.
3701-31-04 (D)(8)(c)/Test kit reagents fresh/ properly stored.
The DPD test kit was observed without fresh reagents. Discard the old reagents and obtain new ones.
Comments
- Reinspection was conducted to check the status of the equalizer line covers. At the time of inspection, the equalizer line covers had been secured and are satisfactory. Also, new DPD reagents were obtained for the testing of the pool water. The PIC stated the other violations were in the process of being addressed. Those violations will be checked during the next standard inspection.
