3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i)
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Observed facility is not testing water chemistry at least every 4 hours. Pool is open from 6AM-11PM daily. Facility must test water chemistry at least every 4 hours
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed float in flow meter stuck and non functional. Repair or replace
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Repeat Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Observed deck surface where the hot tub was filled in is not smooth and free of tripping hazards
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occurring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8. Observed a pH over 8.0pH. Reduce to acceptable range
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
