3701-31-04 (E)(3)(a)
At the time of inspection, the pool was observed without a "Warning, No Lifeguard sign posted. Provide a separate lifeguard or post a "Warning, No Lifeguard" sign.

Comments
- Ensure any water testing is performed pool side; farthest from pump room and away from any jets.

- At the time of inspection, while patrons were present in both the main and small pool, one lifeguard was observed monitoring both pools. Because both pools are licensed separately, they are required to meet their own code requirements. Due to the size of the main pool, it is required to have a lifeguard, while the small pool is not. Provide another lifeguard for the small pool or ensure the sign "Warning, No Lifeguard" is present.

- Inspection was conducted by not only Jason Dreier but also Shane Snapp and Carson Richardson.
