3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o)/Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair. During the inspection, the top step of the ladder was observed broken. Repair or replace the ladder so that it is in good repair. During the inspection, the operator removed the step and blocked off the ladder until it can be repaired/replaced.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(v)/Electrical components are maintained/ free of hazards During the inspection, the GFI outlet under the yellow "social distancing sign" was observed in disrepair with exposed wires. Operator taped out lid cover shut and placed an object in front of the outlet to prevent use. Operator stated they will have the outlet repaired.

Comments
At time of inspection, the operator stated that both drain covers were replaced. Operator provided certifications for the new drain covers. Observed the ladder going in the pool in good repair. All outlets were GFI and in good repair.
