3701-31-04 (B)(6) Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Observed Calcium Hypochlorite erosion feeder/holding tank leading at junction between top and bottom portion. Repair or replace Calcium Hypochlorite erosion feeder as necessary to ensure chemicals do not leak out of the feeder/holding tank. All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

Facility uses a very small amount of stabilized chlorine. At time of inspection, ppm concentration was so low that it could not be read via the test kit method. Ensure disinfectant feeder is fixed so it does not leak. Inspection conducted with Taylor Munn.
