3701-31-04 (B)(6)(v) Critical Observed above ground wires near the sprayground. Remove/secure the wiring.

Comments

At time of inspection, observed above ground, exposed wiring. This is an electrical hazard and must be resolved before opening. Re-inspection to occur on or after 5/27/2022 to check that the wiring has been secured/removed. Note the diminished flow rate of 70 gpm. Please ensure the flow rate of your spray ground meets the minimum requirement of 127 gpm upon opening. Inspection conducted with Shane Snapp.
