The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c)/Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required. At the time of inspection, the free chlorine was observed at 0.0 ppm. After evaluation of the system by the PIC, he stated the electrical outlet was nonfunctional. During the inspection, the chlorine feeder was plugged into another outlet.
